Industrial Design student, freelance designer, and reserve combat paramedic. He is the founder and former CEO of Always Beside You, the alumni organization for IDF combat paramedics, and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He led the organization from an initial idea into an active nonprofit, building teams, developing its operations, and working with donors and philanthropic partners.
During his military service, Elad served in several special operations units, trained soldiers and medical personnel, and participated in combat during October 7th, and the following war. Today, he also designs and develops medical and tactical equipment for military use.
