Our Story
“Always Be” was founded out of a natural and powerful bond that grew among Veteran Paramedics — graduates of the IDF Paramedic Course — people who repeatedly step forward in the most critical moments to save the lives of soldiers on the battlefield. People who, in the field, combine medical expertise with unwavering dedication and a sense of camaraderie that cannot be replaced.
The Iron Swords War shook Israeli society as a whole. For us, it made clear the need for a unifying home for all graduates of the IDF Paramedic Course.
We set out with a desire to create a warm and caring home — and, for the first time, to give those paramedics who are always focused on taking care of others someone who will take care of them.
Our goal is to build a vibrant, active, and supportive community — a place to share, grow stronger, receive emotional and practical support, help others, contribute to society, and preserve the sense of purpose and camaraderie that accompanied us throughout our service.
Our Vision
To build a supportive community that provides a home for veterans of the IDF Paramedic Service — fostering connection, healing, growth, and the remembrance of its members.

I, a soldier in the IDF Medical Corps,
swear this day
to extend a helping hand to any who is injured or ill,
whether lowly or distinguished, friend or foe –
to any fellow man.
I swear to bring healing and comfort to body and soul,
to maintain discretion, loyalty, and honor,
and to weigh my actions with wisdom,
resourcefulness, and compassion.
I will Always Be my brother’s keeper,
whether in battle, on a stretcher,
or at their bedside.
I swear that my heart will forever bear
the highest commandment of sacrifice:
never to leave a wounded person in the field.
I hereby swear!
— The IDF Medical Corps Oath —
