Life & Legacy

Agam Naim, daughter of Dorit and Yoram Dudi, was born on the 24th of Elul, 5763 (September 21, 2003). She lived with her parents and her sisters, Yuval and Peleg, in Kibbutz Mishmarot. As a teenager, Agam was a counselor in youth movements. She later spent a year of service volunteering at a post-hospitalization residential facility and also volunteered with Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel’s national emergency medical service.

In the IDF, Agam served as a combat paramedic with the 52nd Battalion of the 401st Brigade in the Armored Corps. She fell in battle on the 14th of Elul, 5784 (September 17, 2024). Agam was 20 years old. She was the first female IDF soldier killed in combat during the ground operation in the Gaza Strip.

Her parents speak of Agam as someone who brought light wherever she went. She was always surrounded by friends, each of whom held a special place in her enormous heart. She had a way of making everyone close to her feel deeply valued and cherished, and was always someone they could turn to for advice.
